As I have always maintained, the Internet is an awesome place for all things weird and quirky. So, when this latest, might I also add, hilarious, fashion trend, known as 'Penis Eyeliner' trend came into being, no one was as surprised/shocked. In fact, the Twitterati loved it, and it has now gone on to become a viral makeup look.
In an interview with Buzzfeed, the creator of this trend, 19-year-old, Asia Brautigan explained that she just wanted to "joke around about the creative and artistic eyeshadow looks" that she saw on the internet. So she decided to use eyeliner to draw penises on her upper lids. And when Asia shared the finished results on Twitter, this hilarious trend picked up like wildfire and went on to become a makeup trend.
Now, with more than 28K retweets and growing, this viral trend has found supporters in many people over the internet. Concluding her interview with Buzzfeed, Brautigam insisted that she is making the joke out of love. "I think they’re all creative and amazingly talented! My dick-liner will never compare!"
