If blotchy foundation is a concern this monsoon, go with a mattifying powder to keep it all in place. Once you're done with your makeup, dab and dust your face and neck with a mattifying powder and you’ll be set to go!

This is as basic as it gets and the product explains it all. Once you are done with all your makeup, set it all in place by holding a can of setting spray about 15cm away from your face and mist all over. Make sure to let your mist settle all the way to the bottom.

This season, instead of using your regular mascara, opt for a waterproof top coat mascara instead. These magic formulas go as a finishing layer over your regular mascara to seal them and save them from rainy days (or even over emotional rom-com movies).

Exposure to the moisture during the monsoon can make your regular nail paint chip in the monsoon and hence, opt for gel nail paints in the monsoon instead! You could even indulge in gel nails at the salon once or twice! Why not, right?
